Lemonade Lab Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 3, 2025
Last Updated: May 1, 2026

Lemonade Lab is built to help kids create ideas, build shops, complete quests, learn entrepreneurship, and safely explore real world business building.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when parent or guardian approval may be required, and the choices available to kids, parents, guardians, educators, customers, and visitors.

In this Policy, “Lemonade Lab,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Lemonade Lab. “Services” means the Lemonade Lab website, app, platform, shops, quests, dashboards, AI tools, payment features, safety systems, and related services.

By using Lemonade Lab, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you are a parent, guardian, educator, school, or organization using Lemonade Lab with a child or student, you are responsible for making sure you have the authority and approvals needed to do so.

1. Our Privacy Approach

Lemonade Lab is a kid focused platform, so we take privacy seriously.

Our approach is simple:

  2. Kids can use parts of Lemonade Lab to create, explore, and build privately.
  3. Parent or guardian approval may be required before younger kids use public, financial, customer facing, or higher risk features.
  4. We do not sell children’s personal information.
  5. We do not use children’s personal information for targeted advertising.
  6. We use safety systems to help protect kids and maintain trust on the platform.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding to a request.

15. Children’s Privacy

Lemonade Lab is designed for kids, but we also design the platform so that younger users do not need to make complex privacy decisions alone.

For users under 13, we may require parent or guardian consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information where required by law.

We may also restrict younger users from public shops, customer communications, selling, withdrawals, or other higher risk features until parent or guardian approval is provided.

Parents and guardians can contact us with questions or requests about their child’s information.
