Accessibility
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Lemonade Lab is committed to making our website, school platform, and learning experiences accessible to students, educators, parents, and school communities.
We believe every child should have the opportunity to build, create, learn, and participate. Accessibility is part of that commitment.
Our accessibility goal
Lemonade Lab is designed to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG, with a target of WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable.
Our goal is to make Lemonade Lab usable for people with a wide range of needs, including users who rely on keyboard navigation, screen readers, captions, sufficient contrast, clear page structure, readable text, and predictable navigation.
What we are working on
Lemonade Lab is an active and evolving platform. We are continuing to improve accessibility across our public website and school platform, including:
Clear page structure and headings
Keyboard accessible navigation
Readable fonts and spacing
Alternative text for meaningful images
Sufficient colour contrast
Accessible forms and labels
Clear error messages
Screen reader compatibility improvements
Responsive layouts for different devices
Accessible student, parent, and educator workflows
Accessibility in Lemonade Lab for Schools
Lemonade Lab for Schools is used by educators to help students build real businesses in a safe, guided environment.
Because our platform is used by students, teachers, and families, we aim to make core school workflows accessible, including:
Educator account setup
Classroom creation
Student onboarding
Assignment and quest experiences
Student storefront creation
Parent approval flows
Safety and moderation notifications
Teacher dashboard tools
Known limitations
Lemonade Lab is still improving its accessibility coverage. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard, especially newer product features, beta tools, uploaded user content, AI generated images, third party integrations, and certain legacy interface components.
Where accessibility issues are identified, we will review them and prioritize fixes based on severity, user impact, school requirements, and technical feasibility.
Third party content and integrations
Some parts of the Lemonade Lab experience may rely on third party tools or services, such as payment processing, shipping tools, embedded media, analytics, or authentication services.
We work to choose reputable providers and configure them responsibly, but accessibility of third party services may be partly outside Lemonade Lab’s direct control.
Feedback and support
We welcome accessibility feedback.
If you experience an accessibility barrier while using Lemonade Lab, please contact us and include:

Our goal is simple: make Lemonade Lab easier for every student, educator, and family to use.
